Taiwanese style bun recipe

I would like to recommend a recipe of fried buns. There is a name called “JIU CAI SHUI JIAN BAO” on the outside of the box. The inside is saturated with garlic filling, vermicelli and dried shrimp. Dipped in a special dipping sauce that smells sesame. Let’s look at the recipes and how to do it.

6. Prepare a pan with a lid, set the pan over medium heat, pour a little oil on the pan to coat the oil on the bottom of the pan. Arrange the flamed buns on the pan side. Place the buns together, fry for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is brown. Then pour the water into the pan, close the lid, wait about 8 minutes for the water to evaporate completely. Steamed buns will be more tender. Keep doing this until its ready.
